These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at ecomotion.ca and the auto detailing services provided by Eco Motion Detailing, located at 8901 Westminster Hwy, Richmond, BC (“we”, “us”, or “Eco Motion”).

By booking a service, using our website, or submitting any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

Eco Motion Detailing provides professional auto detailing services including, but not limited to, interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer at our discretion, including situations where the vehicle condition poses a health or safety risk to our staff.

2. Bookings & Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, phone, or email.
• A booking confirmation will be sent to your provided email or phone number.
• We ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled drop-off time. Late arrivals may result in a rescheduled appointment.
• Appointment times are estimates. Completion times may vary depending on vehicle condition and service scope.
• We will notify you as soon as your vehicle is ready for pickup.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Standard services: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
• Ceramic coating & paint correction: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice, as these services require dedicated time blocks.
• Cancellations with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted service price.
• No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full deposit amount.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on our website are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and the specific services required.
• A final price will be confirmed before work begins. We will not proceed with work without your approval if additional charges apply.
• Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit/debit cards. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable taxes.

5. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Before beginning any service, our technicians will conduct a visual inspection of your vehicle. We will note any pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, chips, or other conditions.

Eco Motion Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

• Scratches, swirl marks, or paint chips present before drop-off
• Cracked, chipped, or broken trim pieces
• Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing
• Items left inside the vehicle

We strongly recommend removing all valuables from your vehicle before drop-off. Eco Motion Detailing is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

6. Liability & Warranty

We take great care with every vehicle in our care. In the rare event of damage caused directly by our services, please notify us within 24 hours of vehicle pickup. We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Ceramic coating warranties (where applicable) are valid only when the vehicle is maintained according to the aftercare instructions provided at delivery. Warranty claims require proof of proper maintenance.

7. Ceramic Coating — Special Terms

• Ceramic coating services require the vehicle to be left with us for the full quoted duration (typically 1–3 days depending on package).
• The vehicle must not be washed or exposed to water for at least 7 days following application.
• Failure to follow aftercare instructions voids any warranty associated with the coating.
• We use professional-grade products from brands including Gtechniq and CarPro. Product performance is subject to the manufacturer's specifications.

8. Website Use

You agree not to use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or its underlying systems. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at any time without notice.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Eco Motion Detailing and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website uses third-party tools including Google Maps, Go High Level (booking and forms), and WhatsApp. Use of these tools is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
